My story
Twenty years of making the decisions myself.
My experience comes from making the decisions myself: pricing, people, cash flow, growth, systems and knowing when to change direction.

- I
Building and operating
I own Chelmer Mouldings, established in 2005. Running a business in manufacturing and construction teaches you quickly that pricing, people and cash flow are never theoretical. They are the things you think about at night.
- II
Buying and improving
Alongside that I have started, bought, run and sold businesses in retail, beauty and hospitality. Each one was different, but the questions were familiar: what is working, what is not, and what needs to change.
- III
Modern tools, used sensibly
My experience as a business owner shapes the questions I ask. My work in AI helps me see new ways to tackle familiar problems. I bring both into mentoring: practical commercial experience and a current understanding of how technology can support a better-run business.
Why I mentor now
Running a business can be lonely. I want to offer the kind of direct, calm, practical conversation I would have valued: someone who understands the trade-offs because she has had to make them.
